Warehouse Worker - Returns Center (Camp Hill location)

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Most positions require previous fork lift experience. Our ideal candidate has previous warehouse distribution experience, a desire to learn, great communication skills, and a positive attitude.


The Warehouse Worker for our Returns Center will be responsible for picking and shipping duties associated with defective returns being returned to the vendors.


  • Operate a pallet jack and/or and electric pallet jack to pick items being returned to the vendor
  • Scan items for manifesting process for debit memo shipments
  • Ability to be cross-trained to support other departments within the warehouse
  • Must be able to safely and consistently lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Must be organized and accurate with all assigned work
  • Must be able to be trained to use the computer system
  • Operate in a safe, neat and orderly manner
  • Maintain good attendance and dependability
  • Ability to communicate with supervisor and co-owners effectively
  • Ability to complete assignments within established timelines
  • Ability to complete work under general supervision


  •  Keeps work area neat, clean and hazard free
  • Must work in other returns areas as needed for cross training and/or workload
  • Other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Experience safely operating a fork lift, preferred
  • Previous use of RF scanning equipment.
  • Ability to complete assignments within established timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills.
  • Physical ability to lift 25 pounds repetitively, 45 + pounds occasionally.
  • Must be able to stand on feet (walk) for entire shift.
  • Must be able to visually distinguish bar codes and serial numbers.
  • Must be able to work required overtime as needed.


 Overtime, Weekends, Holidays, as required


Ability to read, write, and speak English.  Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence and/or complete employment forms. 


Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers.


Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formats. 


Post hire certifications may be required to comply w/ safety standards as mandated by law or to operate machinery or equipment.


While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, talk and hear.  The employee will frequently be required to stoop, kneel and crouch.  The employee occasionally will be required to sit, climb ladder or steps, or balance.  The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.


While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.  The employee is occasionally exposed to high places, fumes or airborne particles.  The noise level in the work environment is usually high (loud).  May be exposed to extreme heat in summer and/or cold in winter.
