We are looking for a Vendor Compliance Analyst to support our Logistics Team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Review on a daily basis violations associated with receipt of inbound goods
  • Work with distribution center personnel and transportation carriers to research and resolve issues
  • Manage workflow process efficiently and be able to foster collaboration across multiple departments including, Buying, Finance and Operations
  • Create Vendor Violation Letters and coordinate issuance of debit memos with Accounts Payable
  • Establish and maintain reporting and KPIs on a weekly basis
  • Key Contact for Vendor issues and Communications/Feedback
  • Lead team meetings to troubleshoot current processes

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Supply Chain / Finance
  • Must be detail oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong sense of ownership and demonstrated capabilities to own processes end to end
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to analyze and make decisions based on research
  • Ability to communicate both internally and externally via email, phone or face to face interactions
  • Willingness and ability to learn and navigate through multiple systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package to include emphasis on Excel
  • Knowledge of purchasing and/ or warehouse management a plus
