We are looking for a Trade Management Supervisor to support our Trade Management Team.


  • Oversee, support and manage small team ensuring workload is completed timely and accurately.
  • Ability to utilize and train others on all systems in order to determine proper product movements, adjustments, and receipts.
  • Manage reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for inventory alignment to include understanding of general ledger and internal approval processes required.
  • The ability to understand, research, and manage multiple systems in which inventory is held, moved, and adjusted.
  • Oversee and monitor Customer Relations Management tool to support the sales admin team in customer billing resolution.
  • Create general ledger coding sheets for monthly shrinkage and product adjustments.
  • Maintain inventory at optimum levels to prevent possible errors in investment to inventory.
  • Facilitate inventory adjustments / projects due to system changes / upgrades.
  • Manage and resolve issues / errors that arise in automated customer crediting application.
  • Release warehouse receipts in automated crediting application as part of end-of-month duties.
  • Supervise manufacturer / reseller direct product return claims by overseeing the research and creation of vendor debits / customer credits.
  • Create accurate monthly reporting of reseller direct product returns claims for executive team reporting.
  • Assist in preparation and execution of various departmental reporting for Trade Management group.
  • Assist Trade Management leadership on assignments and projects as needed.
  • Must adhere to all company policies, including attendance.


Job Requirements


  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2 or 4 year accredited college graduate with general ledger and business experience a plus.
