Project Manager/Environment Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

  • Assemble the requirements and needs of the IT organization to support business strategy and needs in the nonproduction environments.
  • Maintain calendar of scheduled activities; including but not limited to training, testing, maintenance and releases.
  • Maintain list of current projects/enhancements and data refresh versions per environment.
  • Plan and schedule data refresh activities across all environments and applications
  • Coordinate the maintenance activities in each environment; including but not limited to OS patching, Application patching and database maintenance.
  • Ensure environments are operational; including application, integrations and 3rd party tooling. Coordinate problem resolution with Application Support team.
  • Create environments to effectively test changes which impact the operational workflow.
  • Ensure proper data is available to accurately and efficiently test.
  • Ensure user training is arranged to properly utilize the change.
  • Ensure external vendor or customer notification is made when partners require the ability to integrate or test to their satisfaction.
  • Ability to maintain and manage (2) environment paths (Projects & Enhancements/Production Support)
  • Coordinate the creation and retirement of supporting environments.
  • Facilitate the development, testing and deployment teams in their operational functions.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Management, or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of environment/project management experience.
