PT Office Clerical Position

D&H Distributing is seeking a Part-Time Office/HR assistant.  The ideal candidate will be highly energetic, flexible and detail oriented. If you have a positive attitude and love working with great people, this may be the job for you!

  • Track attendance and notify Supervisors when discipline is require.
  • Answer phones.
  • Scanning invoices.
  • Pick and process customer and employee orders
  • Answer co-owners questions.
  • Participate in HR planning of events

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of clerical experience
  • Strongly proficient in Excel
  • Ability to complete duties with minimum supervision
  • Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills.
  • A positive Team member
  • Great communication skills
