Marketing Solutions Manager for Events & Communities to join our team:

The opportunity:  We are seeking qualified, energetic, passionate candidate to join our Marketing/Events team to implement vendor facing programs, customer communities and oversee Industry and Customer events with a team of planners. Ideal candidate will be a proven self-starter with attention to detail and have the ability to lead, motivate, multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

 This position will own strategy with Director with limited guidance to lead programs and initiatives; understand all event systems, budgets; Oversee/manage event (planners/coordinators) and programs manager; Responsible for overseeing, and guiding all Industry, Customer and Roadshows as it relates to each business segment; Responsible for driving programs, communities and helping to ensure cohesiveness and planning for larger scale efforts that require funding (ie. Customer engagement events, Communities, Solution Program development efforts and field sales trainings and events); Understand/Plan/Implement all Bootcamps/Roadshows; and Own Communities and Associations.

Job Requirements

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.  Candidate must have minimally 5 years of experience in program and/or event management experience as well as experience with CRM databases and similar software.  Must have excellent communication and copy writing skills, creative ideas and be familiar with Adobe Suite.

 This position will be measured upon effective strategy, planning, implementation, growth and salability of programs and events and responsible to work with cross-departmental key stakeholders to ensure deliverables are executed and marketing revenue is captured.  Candidate must demonstrate professional, courteous demeanor, positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate in a constructive manner with others in a dynamic working environment.
