Job Description


Perform daily general cleaning duties, restroom cleaning, building and lot clean up, lunchroom clean up, conference rooms, and light maintenance/repair duties at the Corporate office location.


General Cleaning duties: (Daily)

  • Sweeping, mopping, & vacuuming floors
  • Dusting shelves, cabinets & furniture
  • Empty trash and recycle containers at desk areas into large rolling trash container
  • Dump large container into trash compactor and recycle material into exterior dumpster
  • Vacuum & dusting air ducts and vents

Restroom Cleaning duties include: (Daily)

  • Sweeping & mopping floors
  • Empty trash containers
  • Restock paper towel dispensers, toilet tissue dispensers, soap dispensers & air freshening spray units
  • Disinfecting/wiping down toilets, urinals, sinks , walls & mirrors
  • Unclogging toilets (as needed)

Lunchroom/Breakroom areas cleaning duties: (2X’s Daily)

  • Empty trash/recycling containers
  • Wipe down counters, tables, microwaves, toasters, toaster ovens, coffee dispensing areas
  • Sweeping/mopping floors which includes putting chairs onto tables to do so and putting them back in place when done.
  • Restocking supplies such as napkins, coffee supplies etc.

Conference Rooms cleaning duties: (Daily)

  • Vacuuming floors
  • Dusting/wiping down tables & chairs
  • Cleaning whiteboards
  • Empty waste containers

Building Exterior & Parking Lot cleaning duties: (Daily)

  • Pick up trash along fence lines, front of building along bushes, walkways, and entrances.

Office Cleaning (Designated offices only):

  • Vacuuming floors, dusting, wiping & disinfecting desk, chairs, cabinets, furniture, doors
  • Empty trash and recycling containers.

Maintenance Repair duties:

  • Change light bulbs in ceiling and on desks
  • Change ceiling tiles
  • Hang picture frames, posters etc.
  • Assemble and hang shelving units
  • Reset electrical breakers


Job Requirements

  • Prior light maintenance/housekeeping experience preferred.


  • Full time position (40 hours a week) Overtime as required.
