We are looking for HR Assistant to support our Distribution Facility at 909 Katie Court, Harrisburg.



  • Provide support for all HR and office functions.
  • Administrative support to the Human Resources Manager.
  • Administrative support to the Operations Manager with invoices and reports.
  • Assist with recruitment including prescreening resumes and applications, scheduling interviews, initiating background checks and new hire paperwork.
  • Reviewing the time keeping system to capture attendance information and ensure the time is submitted accurately for payroll.
  • Managing the temporary workforce (ordering temps, processing their timecards)
  • Create and maintain reports for management.
  • Assist with order pick-ups for local customers.
  • Assist with special projects and presentations.
  • Provide internal customer service by answering benefit, pay and policy inquiries.
  • Assist with event planning and organization
  • Answer phone and filing




Job Requirements


  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Access is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all individuals, corporate partners, vendors, customers, and all employees, both written and orally
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced environment.
  • Ability to complete assignments within established timelines
