We are looking for an Events Coordinator to support our Marketing Department

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and adhere to all event timelines and budgets; tracking both expenses and revenue throughout the lifecycle of all assigned events/activities.
  • Travel to and attend D&H events to provide onsite support when necessary.
  • Adhere to and be familiar with all event related contracts.
  • Work with sales, advertising and marketing to ensure proper branding and messaging occurs at all events.
  • Work with sales, advertising and marketing to develop event agendas including target vendors, seminars, trainings and reseller recruitment.
  • Responsible for helping to ensure cohesiveness and planning for larger scale efforts that require funding and working with all appropriate internal and external teams.
  • Responsible to work with cross-departmental key stakeholders to ensure deliverables are executed and marketing revenue is captured.
  • Demonstrate professional, courteous demeanor, positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate in a constructive manner with others in a dynamic working environment.
  • Display outstanding organizational skills, experience in coordinator tim-sensitive projects and proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Show ability to quickly understand processing, current trends, and technical vernacular associated with the company’s products, technologies, and brands.
  • Work with D&H Executives, customers, and vendors.

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of experience/education
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM databases, Showcare, EventPro Planner or similar/related software
  • Excellent communication and copy writing skills, and creative ideas
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite
  • Self-starter with attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
