We are looking for a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Lead to support our IT Department.


  • Perform as a member on IT Business Enablement team to address automating IT business, sales, and marketing processes including system integration, compatibility, and multiple platform integrations.
  • Design and develop automation, utilizing tools such as UIPath Orchestrator for Robotic Process Automation that support D&H business requirements and testing.
  • Design and develop technical architecture for RPA projects making sure the architecture is extensible and scalable.
  • Perform as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent of all IT automations platforms within the enterprise.
  • Provide application design recommendations that align with long and short-term IT and business strategies.
  • Understand and consistently apply current application development methodology attributes and processes.
  • Evaluate third-party software applications and components targeted for possible integration into the overall solution, including strategic applications, tools and utilities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements


  • Four (4) year degree in Computer Science or related field of study.
  • 10+ years of experience in designing and developing software solutions in a large enterprise environment.
  • 7+ years of hands on experience with Robotic Process Automation tools such as Microsoft's Coded UI, UiPath Orchestrator, Blue Prism, Pegasystems, Automation Anywhere, or WorkFusion.
  • Experience in  programming languages such as C/C++, Java, JS, .Net.
  • Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
  • Proven understanding of RPA in relation to Waterfall or Agile/Scrum methodologies for requirement analysis, definition, prototyping, proof of concept, designing, coding, testing and implementation.
  • Solid understanding of concepts like debugging a work flow, managing the packages, creating variables, arguments, control flows.


  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field of study.
  • Experience with Middleware technologies such as Neudesic Neuron or MSMQ.
  • Knowledge of the distribution industry.
  • Experience with MS Team Foundation Server.
  • Experience with Waterfall, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Microsoft's Coded UI, F#, AngularJS, KnockoutJS, F#, OData.
