D&H Distributing is seeking a dedicated Returns (Reverse Logistics) Center Manager to oversee the Returns function in the Harrisburg, PA Area. This role leads a team of co-owners to ensure that all our customers (both internal and external) receive outstanding service. 



  • Responsible for ensuring hard deadlines are met in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment.
  • Provide leadership, management, and effective communication to both internal and external customers and employees while meeting operational and financial objectives.
  • Report on, develop and lead team to work towards established standards and measurements of success.
  • Drive a Safety Culture.
  • Operate in a safe, neat and orderly manner.
  • May operate motorized equipment (pallet jack, forklift, order picker, reach truck, etc.)
  • Keeps work area neat, clean and hazard free.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 to 10 years of leadership experience in a reverse logistics environment.
  • Working knowledge of WMS.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of LEAN Process and the initiative to drive process improvement.
  • Strong labor planning, analytical thinking and problem solving skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule and to work various shifts, and departments, as required.
  • Able to work overtime, weekends, holidays, as required.
