We are looking for a Marketing Solutions Program Manager to support our Marketing Department.

Responsibilities:

  • This position will help build strategy around technology programs with Director and team, at times with limited guidance to develop and execute on technology programs and initiatives; timelines, budgets; POP; creative briefs; etc
  • This position will be both Vendor facing and Customer facing when appropriate
  • Collaborate with Program team and internal stakeholders to build out framework for the marketing programs – help define the executional activities within each: events, trainings, content, digital, resource guides, etc. and manage the timeline through execution of all activities
  • Collaborate with Program team and internal stakeholders on how to monetize the campaign –what we can have the vendors fund and what we can then offer to D&H partners.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to set program goals – KPI’s and ROI – tied to sales and marketing
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to evangelize the marketing programs to sales and vendor management to help them understand how we built the marketing campaigns and how to position it to the vendors
  • Collaborate with Marketing Account Managers and Vendor Business Managers to pitch to vendors to represent the programs and solution campaigns and why the vendors need to be a part of it
  • Understanding of Corporate Vision, and individual business segments goals and objectives with team
  • Ensure forward thinking, creativity and thought leadership within team
  • This position will be measured upon effective strategy, planning, implementation, growth and salability of programs
  • Responsible to work with cross-departmental key stakeholders to ensure deliverables are executed
  • Collaborate with sales, vendor business managers, and solutions experts to develop and execute technology programs
  • Demonstrates professional, courteous demeanor, positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate in a constructive manner with others in a dynamic working environment
  • Displays outstanding organizational skills, experience in coordinating time-sensitive projects and proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Shows ability to quickly understand processes, current trends, and technical vernacular associated with company’s products, technologies and brands

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • BA/BS Degree or 10 years equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must have experience with CRM databases and similar software
  • Must have excellent communication and copy writing skills, & creative ideas
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite
  • Self-starter with attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
