We are looking for a DaaS & Connected Selling Sales Specialist to support our Sales Department.


  • Responsible for growing Windows PRO and CSP market share, revenue, breadth, margin through driving adoption of D&H’s exclusive DaaS initiative and device plus services throughout the D&H customer base
  • Drive awareness of DaaS program and device plus services opportunities at D&H through direct selling, prospecting, and scaled marketing efforts
  • Develop ISR and OSR engagement plans to help evangelize the Device plus CSP services
  • Provide front line pre-sales support through assessment, selection, configuration, deployment, and quotation of DaaS solutions
  • Coordinate field engagement and resources from Microsoft and MNA teams to increase DaaS revenue and market share
  • Proactively provide field level feedback to key MFST, DH leadership and key stakeholders
  • Create new and leverage existing connected selling efforts to drive compelling Microsoft DaaS/Cloud and commercial Device/Office 365 solutions to market
  • Responsible for landing Microsoft/DaaS program and incentives (marketing program development, enablement, implementation and education)
  • Develops and implements new marketing and sales strategies to increase market share and profitability
  • Maintain 70% customer facing outbound calls to current and new customers
  • Meet sales growth and revenue goals
  • Develops and supports channel partner training, sales activities, trade shows and events
  • Own strategic communication plans within reseller, vendors and internal sales teams
  • Operationalize process of tracking and accounting for DaaS + CSP/Device+CSP sales motion until DH systems can become streamlined.
  • Lead and improve D&H’s ability to track and manage reporting requirements of Microsoft of key device manufactures
  • Identify pipeline of commercial dealers and facilitate sales motion into MS FG team to increase overall sales
  • Work with sales Specialist(s) and OEM/MNA teams to identify target accounts and add volume/breadth
  • Engage with key customers using conference calls, seminars and/or on-site visits as needed or requested
  • Data mine, manage, and drive sales growth within top commercial device accounts and top prospects
  • Remain customer-facing and sales rep-facing for all questions, from suggesting skus to fielding compatibility and technical questions
  • Manage lead development, follow-up and closure; Provide support necessary to develop leads and follow them to closure
  • Work with D&H specialist and solutions team to provide resources and training
  • Meet contact requirements and VAR engagement
  • Identify market and product gaps and communicate findings to D&H and vendor management
  • Attend Vendor trainings along with additional online focus trainings and take other online courses as needed/required
  • Manage resolution of non-complex issues with these accounts, escalating as needed/required
  • Represent D&H professionally in daily ongoing interface with customers and vendor
  • Must be able to adhere to company established attendance policy
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and ethics

Job Requirements


  • 1 to 3 years office experience
  • 3 years of channel sales experience preferred
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs required
  • Sales and Marketing background
  • Requires professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous ISR experience
  • PC manufacture experience/knowledge desired
