We are looking for a Cloud Operations Manager to support our Sales Cloud Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Platform Management. Managing all aspects of the D&H cloud platform and acting as the primary relationship manager for our platform provider. This includes understanding, deploying, optimizing and managing all platform features and functionality, product launches and sku catalog, pricing, reporting, financial reconciliation, integrations and overall platform technical performance.
  • Order Management. Managing the automated cloud platform or manual processes for the creation of orders based on sales bookings and ensuring that the monthly spill (bookings not converted into order by end of month) is maintained to target metrics.
  • Revenue and Margin Management. Managing the revenue and margin recognition process and overseeing the proper financial recognition all D&H Cloud BU revenues – recurring and non-recurring. This includes tracking booking versus revenue recognition versus revenue invoicing, and managing the growing complexity of the monthly recurring revenue profile of the cloud business. It also includes the margin management and ensuring that necessary actions are taken to protect and grow the BU’s margin. As such, this position is a key contact to the D&H Finance organization and is responsible for ensuring collaboration, communication and partnership with Cloud BU.
  • Invoice Management. Managing the invoicing process and ensuring that customer invoices are sent on a monthly basis and that the upstream processes involving PO and POD are managed and executed in a timely fashion. It includes ensuring that reseller invoices are produced and vendor invoices are received in a timely fashion, as well as handling through to resolution, any customer or vendor billing enquiries.
  • Vendor Onboarding. Managing the onboarding process and ensuring that the operational processes are in place with the D&H Cloud BU vendor partners. This includes setting up new vendors, setting up new SKUs, development of month end processes, etc.
  • Quality Assurance. Working closely with the D&H Cloud BU vendor management team to inspect the quality of the solutions delivery by vendor partners. This includes establishing and conducting monthly reviews of SLA achievement, and dealing with customer delivery issues.
  • Customer Support. Establishing the customer support strategy and managing the day-to-day support services ensuring that SLA’s are being achieved. This includes responding to customer incidents, capturing and tracking incidents in proper tracking system, and being accountable for resolution of all incidents with the agreed SLA.
  • Process Improvement. Design and implementation of all D&H Cloud BU supporting systems and processes, ensuring continuous improvement on an ongoing basis. It includes identification of process and system issues, on-time delivery of projects and programs, and administration for the D&H Cloud platform and CRM. It also includes ensuring a seamless interface to the entire D&H organization.
  • This position has high criticality for the success and day-to-day operations of the Cloud BU and is one of the key leadership roles within the team, with overall responsibility for planning and execution coordination.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing operational processes in a technology services business.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing a team.
  • Ability to travel 20-30% of the time on short notice.
  • Deep skills and proven track record in building and managing operational processes.
