Cloud Demand Generation Specialist

We are looking for a Cloud Demand Generation Specialist

 to support our Sales Cloud Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve activation goals and other applicable goals including volume, margin and breadth as defined by vendor campaign needs
  • Conduct outbound call campaigns with reseller base in an effort to sign new transacting customers and assist sales specialist with opportunities
  • Minimum 30 outbound calls per day on average to accounts and prospects, resulting in customer contact and action items
  • Sign customers and create opportunities for sales specialists
  • Place customer orders in computer system
  • Follow up on all calls minimum 3 times per reseller
  • Work with assigned field and inside sales rep on targeted accounts to grow sales of vendor and share
  • Data-mining for the purpose of broadening product depth and developing new net resellers
  • Conduct business portfolios on strategic accounts when possible; help fill-in business portfolios with information and sales data on assigned vendor
  • Work with vendor and team to create reseller friendly templates for follow up to calls and pertinent messaging as needed
  • Grow the profitable sales and market share for vendors within D&H
  • Drive reseller promotions to customers to increase sales and broaden the reseller base
  • Assist in recruitment efforts for D&H customer engagement events
  • Manage lead development, follow-up and closure; Provide support necessary to develop leads and follow them to closure
  • Add all call feedback in all applicable systems (CCA, CRM etc.)
  • Identify key customers in appropriate regions and manage and work these accounts to grow vendor sales and share
  • Identify market and product gaps and communicate findings to internal team
  • Build a basic understanding of vendor programs, product offerings and vendor’s key competitive products

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent sales experience
  • 1 to 2 years of sales and/or marketing experience
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office suite
  • Basic Microsoft Office, CRM, and office productivity software familiarity
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to understand operational processes
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think and work creatively to develop joint value propositions
  • Self-motivated with good time management skills
  • Results oriented with strong financial forecasting skills
  • Ability to qualify business opportunities
